We have an in-house engineer team who work around the clock to ensure convenience for our customer base.
Our engineers and operators have their vehicles stocked with essential machine parts and we hold an extensive back up of all parts to ensure that machine down time is minimised.
Customers can call our 24/7 service line which is accessible for our support team on line - all calls are picked up, recorded and actioned within the hour.
The Intervend management team have over 40 years combined vending expertise, and we ensure that we distance ourselves from the Industry norm delivering consistently high standards and demonstrating that we care about our customers for the life of the working relationship.
